As a leader development facilitator, I help leaders manage the complexities of organisational life by engaging other people deeply. As a process facilitator, I help clients design and facilitate workshops based on their organisational objectives. To know me better, however, is to know my core mission.

About 5 years ago (2021), I was struck with an a-ha moment birthed out of frustration. I found out that teams I was contracted to coach tended to regress to their old habits once I left. Similarly, as a process facilitator, I always wondered what happened to the impact made in the workshops after my cheques were collected.

๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜: the work that I do, while effective and valuable in the moment, is not always sustainable. Ideally, and for continuity, I should be enabling the people directly responsible for the groups or teams a.k.a. ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€. Sustainable change should be leader-led, not by contract hire or external consultant.

Truthfully, the methods and skills that I use to facilitate teams or workshops are not difficult. Anyone with an interest in engaging and influencing others deeply can learn to use facilitation methods and skills. As with any new ability, a strong foundation and repeated practice are essential.

This is at the heart of what I do. Helping leaders develop the ability to lead workplace learning using effective and proven facilitation-based methods and skills. I do this through ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—”๐—ฉ๐—˜ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ program.

I work internationally and have, to date, delivered experiences for clients and learners in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Iโ€™m also adept at delivering virtual sessions and workshops globally.

I'm a Strathclyde MBA and currently working on my doctoral research with the University of Canberra, focusing on learning-oriented leadership.

Most recently, I was Associate Director at BTS Global Consulting. Earlier in life, I held senior marketing leadership roles at two of New Yorkโ€™s most innovative advertising technology companies, MediaMath Inc. (Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific) and Tapad-Telenor (Marketing Director, Asia Pacific).
